The Rissler family tree has its roots by the
crofter's holding Risnäs
in Stigsjö parish in the province of Ångermanland in
northern Sweden.
There are very many Risslers in the world most of them in central Europe and in USA and their origin is in Switzerland or Germany.
But there is only one Rissler family in Sweden which is presented here with pedigree and ahnentafels and some odd information.
Once there was however a foreign bird that nested in the country and if you know some Swedish you can read about it in the link above to the right.
